1. How much do you charge for custom web design and maintenance?

Custom Web Design

At Evolution Co, we do not have a standard price list of our custom web design service. This is due to the fact that all web site specifications are different.

Maintenance

We charge £25.00 per hour for maintenance to web sites, this includes updating any images, text, colours or page layouts

2. What is the turnaround on your custom web design?

We aim to complete all custom web sites with 2 weeks. However this may vary depending upon the size of the web site.

3. What information must I provide?

Once your order has been confirmed, you must:

(a)  E-mail us your full name, address, company name, telephone number, fax number.

(b)  E-mail us information about your company like: how it started, when it was established, to what market products are aimed at etc.

(c)   E-mail us a word document with all the products and services details and pictures

(d)   E-mail us images of your products, premises (if required) and corporate logo

Note: The above information can be sent to us on a CD ROM.

4. How can I sort out a web host and domain name for my web site? Which hosting plan should I choose? Will you help me set all this up?

We can provide you with web hosting and a domain name, please click here to view our hosting plans. If you are unsure of the correct hosting plan to choose, we will asses the requirements of your company, in relation to your design specification. We will then send you an honest evaluation of the most suitable hosting plan appropriate to your requirements.

If you order your web hosting through Evolution Co, all the technical procedures in regard to the web hosting and domain name a long with putting your web site online will be set up within 72 hours of ordering.

Please Note: If you have chosen another web host, we will upload your web site and make sure everything is working correctly for a setup fee of £50.00.

5. Do you offer support?

Yes, Evolution Co offers e-mail support 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist you with any queries you may have about your web site here. If you fill in the call back form on the contact us page here, we will telephone you at an appropriate time within the hours of 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.
